The Half & Half Plan

Pay half of your monthly balance on the 10th of the month; the remaining amount must be received by Vision West no later than the last business day of the month.

The Weekly Plan

Set your own schedule to make weekly payments - just remember that your balance must be paid in full by the last business day of the month.

View and Pay Your Statements Online

We’ve added another convenience for our members — now you can review an exact replica of your current and past Monthly Statement online. Make immediate payments to your account at any time by viewing or paying your statement right from your desktop.

Our convenient Online Payment Service allows you to:

  • Pay your account balance immediately at anytime 24/7*
  • View the payment transaction on your monthly bank statement
  • Experience more security than paying with a credit card
  • Save money and avoid the hassle of overnight payment delivery

*Requires account balance to be paid in full.

Online Checks Payment

  1. View your statement balance online: Go to Members Section, select Statement View, then click on View Actual Statement at bottom left. The downloadable PDF will display the savings and discounts you receive as a Vision West member, and the balance due.
  2. Pay your statement balance online: Go to the Members Section, click Online Payment tab, and follow the prompts for submitting your Online Check.

Payments made by 3:30 pm PST on a business day, will be posted the same day. Payments made on nonbusiness days, or after 3:30 pm PST, will be posted on the next business day.

Credit Cards

Use your credit card to pay your statement in full, or make partial payments, at any time with your credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, & AMEX. Please call us at 800.640.9485 to make arrangements to pay by credit card.

Check By Phone

You can make payments immediately via Phone, Fax or Email. To set up your account for this payment plan, please contact Vision West Accounts Receivable or Customer Service Department with information that is printed on your checks. After your first Check By Phone payment, all future payments will simply require your check number, the payment amount and your authorization.

We can also set up your account for Automatic Check By Phone payment.

Paper Checks

If you are paying by traditional paper check, Vision West must receive it by 2:00 pm PST on a business day, to be processed & credited to your account the same day.

Dated Billing Flexibility

We accept all vendor approved deferred payments. When your statement arrives, you can take advantage of a vendor's dated billing program by contacting Vision West to make arrangements.

When using any of the above payments plans, no discounts will be lost, and no fees assessed, if the entire balance due is received by the last business day of the month. Please be assured that Vision West has implemented all the necessary features to safeguard all of our electronic and online payment systems.
