We accept all vendor approved deferred payments. When your statement arrives, you can take advantage of a vendors dated billing program by contacting Vision West, Inc. to make arrangements. You will not lose any discounts or incur finance charges.

With Authorized Access, a "no fee feature" of your account, you can designate anyone you trust to help manage your account on your behalf.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a charge on your statement and are unable to resolve it, let Vision West, Inc. assist in helping to resolve that dispute fairly. All it takes is a phone call to get things started.

State and Group Associations
Vision West, Inc. will continue to support state associations or ophthalmic groups with their current programs. Certain associations and groups may not be eligible for some aspects of the Vision West, Inc. billing program. Billing Methodology
Members benefit form maximum savings because Vision West, Inc. passes on Full Product Discounts from vendors directly to each member. Vision West, Inc. then applies a nominal administrative fee to the monthly purchase volume. Your administrative fee is determined on your monthly purchase volume. The greater your purchase volume, the lower the admin rate. Your administrative fee is added to your purchase total and any credits and or adjustments are applied to arrive at the total amount due to Vision West, Inc..
